All memberships are billed monthly or annually until cancelled. All memberships are non-refundable once billed. You must cancel your membership before your billing date.

If you ask to cancel your Prime Membership the first month AND downloaded free products. You will stilled be billed the following billing cycle. Your membership will be immediately canceled once you are billed the 2nd renewal. We do this to protect our website from people looking to get free products and cancelling immediately.
